and pathological neuro-ophthalmic findings occurs during space flights, defined as Spaceflight-associated neuro-ocular syndrome (SANS). <br \/>The underlying pathophysiological mechanisms are yet unknown, and there are no effective countermeasures.<br \/>Currently, astronauts undergo comprehensive ocular evaluation before and after the space missions, while performing eye examinations onboard the ISS is limited.<br \/>Our study aims to perform in-flight frequent retinal scanning using i-Capture, an innovative multispectral device, to evaluate space travelers' retinal changes in a micro-gravity environment.
